The site is blocked at the browser level. Click the lock/camera icon in the address bar → Camera → Allow. Refresh if needed, then Sources → Camera → Try again. On macOS, also check System Settings → Privacy → Camera for your browser.

Plug in a webcam, close apps using the camera (Zoom, Teams), and retry. Virtual cameras (OBS Virtual Camera) may need to be selected by starting OBS first.

Use email or username in the first field (not “email” only if you sign in with username). Check password. Ensure you use the same account as the ShoortPlus app.

Confirm LIVE access on your account, enter a title, add a source, and check network. API errors appear in the toast — contact support with the message if it persists.

The API endpoint may not be deployed yet. Studio falls back to a local key; paste into OBS anyway. Ask your admin to deploy LiveStudioController routes on the Laravel API.

Another app may hold the camera, or hardware acceleration is off. Try another browser, disable extensions, and ensure https://studio.shoortplus.com (secure context).

You stopped sharing from the OS picker, or the browser revoked access. Add Screen again from Sources.

URL must be a direct file or HLS manifest, CORS-friendly, and reachable from your browser. Page links (YouTube watch URLs) will not work.

Chat fills when viewers join and send messages. Host messages should appear after you send from the chat box.
