Account & access
Do I need a separate Studio account?
No. Use your existing ShoortPlus login (email or username + password).
Who can go LIVE?
Creators with LIVE access enabled on their account. Request access via the app or your ShoortPlus partner contact.
Can I use Studio on mobile?
Studio is optimized for desktop browsers and the Windows/Mac desktop app. For phone LIVE, use Go LIVE in the ShoortPlus app.

How do I install ShoortPlus Studio on PC?
Download ShoortPlus-Studio-Setup.exe (Windows) or ShoortPlus-Studio.dmg (Mac) from studio.shoortplus.com/download. Install, open the app, sign in, and go to Broadcast.
Desktop vs browser studio — which should I use?
Both use the same studio.shoortplus.com features. The desktop app is best for creators who stream often from one PC; the browser works without installing.
Camera blocked in the desktop app
Windows: Settings → Privacy → Camera → allow desktop apps. Mac: System Settings → Privacy → Camera → enable ShoortPlus Studio. Then use Try again in the studio permission dialog.
Browser Studio
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome and Edge (recommended), Firefox, Safari on Mac. Always use HTTPS.
How many sources can I add?
Multiple sources can be listed; one is active in preview at a time. Performance depends on your PC.
Can I stream games in the browser?
Yes — add Screen and pick your game window, or use OBS for lower latency and overlays.
OBS & RTMP
What is the RTMP server URL?
rtmp://live.shoortplus.com:1935/live (Server field in OBS). Stream key comes from Generate stream key in Studio.
Where do viewers watch?
In the ShoortPlus app LIVE feed and on linked web LIVE pages when your room is active.
Can I use Streamlabs?
Yes. Custom RTMP with the same server and stream key as OBS.
Technical
What protocol does browser Go LIVE use?
WebRTC via LiveKit (wss://shoortplus.com/livekit), not RTMP from the browser.
Why is my stream delayed?
Typical LIVE latency is a few seconds for WebRTC; OBS+RTMP may be higher depending on keyframe and CDN settings.
Is my stream key secret?
Yes. Anyone with your key can stream to your channel. Regenerate if leaked (when server endpoint is available).

Studio shows an old login page
Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) or clear cache for studio.shoortplus.com. You should see ShoortPlus Studio branding, not a chat admin login.
